Ford has not made an official announcement to the general public on the MSRP of the 2007 Shelby GT500 but they have released pricing to dealers who intern have posted the MSRP to several websites arcross the net. Pricing was released for all GT500 models including the convertible. Shelby GT500 Coupe Base MSRP will be $40,930.

Ford insiders say that a new version of the Shelby GT350H will be unvieled at the New York International Auto Show as a 2007 model. Ford’s plan for the latest retro vehicle is to produce a limited number of 2007 Shelby GT350H Mustangs and distribute them to select Hertz dealers across the country.

The SN65 Mustang project is the brainchild of Bob and Wayne Julian over at SN65.com. The project consisted of mating a 1965 Mustang Fastback body shell to that of a 2003 Cobra chassis/frame. Not only are they mating the chassis of the 2003 Cobra but also the engine, drivetrain, IRS and interior.

Ford has released the 2007 Ford Shelby GT500 Mustang Order Guide to the public. The order guide itself is seven pages long and includes all the order codes to order your Shelby GT500 Mustang.
The first page consists of the product summary which basically includes all the options on the Shelby GT500 Mustang. The second page lists all the standard equipment from the powertrain to the air bags. The third page give the axle and wheel availability.

The 2009 Ford Mustang will highlight the 45th anniversary of the Mustang. The new model will be based off the current S197 platform. Major changes will probably include body and chassis modifications along with some interior freshing up. Look for the 3-valve 4.6L to stay as it has proved to be a highly stable and worthy engine for Ford.

Classic Design Concepts has released another product, the Ducktail Spoiler, for the 2005+ (S197) crowd. The spoiler is designed and engineered by CDC. The spoiler is blow molded ABS made up of three pieces, which is lightweight and requires no trunk strut adjustments. The spoiler will hard mount to the vehicle via bolts and/or acrylic bonding tape to increase durability and long term fitment.
