I already have an o/r h-pipe and I would never guy my cats, but I'm just curious which gives you more of a hp gain?

I actually have no idea but isn't an o/r pipe straight through? It's designed to have no cats so I would imagine that it would yield higher performance.

probably o/r
I have cats on mine and it's a nice gain
but it really rocked while I had the o/r
but it was too loud

Even if you gut a cat-pipe, the bends in the factory pipe still flow less than an aftermarket pipe. Also, an aftermarket pipe will have a larger diameter.

If I knew what kinda car you drove I would move this to the tech section. ;)

Next time try to ask tech questions in the tech section. The mods over there all know thier stuff and there also a lot of poeple there that could help you out. :)
