Street Legal Turbo Kits?

what turbo kits are smog legal in CA? I really want to turbocharge my 1994 Mustang GT, but it's got to pass smog and everything, does anyone know what kits are street legal and which aren't?

The incon kits had a C.A.R.B. cert. I believe that the company is now defunct though.

I was never really impressed with their kits anyway though... kinda sloppy if you ask me. ;)
