View Full Version : Just a heads up for out of state people and where NOT to buy booze from.

CORN and I headed up to H.E.B. to get myself some Labatt Blue, they had it (one of the few places around here that does) and a ton of other "special" drinks.

Problem was when I went to pay for it. H.E.B. DOES NOT take out of state I.D.'s when buying alcohol. Soooooooo, us out of state people are gonna have to boycott that place.

By the way. The Hong Kong food market (near clear lake) sells beer cheap. They have alot of hard to find items.

H.E.B. SUCKS DONKEY BALLS for out of state'rs, but they have such good hot french bread. :brad: bread.

why are you talkin smack about H.E.Butt? it's one of the better "everyday" grocery stores here ... good prices and good selection. then there are the awesome specialty stores ....

They don't take out of state I.D.'s when buying alcohol.

And, I'm not sure, but it seemed like they weren't going to take my Travelers Check and my Michigan I.D. for it, which is nuts.
