great times!!!! i want to break into the 7s on my current motor, but don't want to have to resort to slicks to do that... guess i'll have to learn to drive my DRs better and fix my damn fuel pump.

Why is it on the gas i have a 8.9 1/8mile time and run a 12.7@113?
And you have a 7.9 1/8 and run a 12.5. WTF!

Dantheman, do you have a 12 bolt? I wouldn't think you could run ET Streets with your setup on a stock 10 bolt...

I'm pretty much done with this car. The other one should see some 6.90's this year, and 100+ MPH ;) :D

With an automatic, you can preload the rearend, and it doesnt shock it anywhere near as hard as with a 6spd.....
Theres a whole lotta 10 second LS1 A4's still running the 10 bolt, they'll hold pretty deep 1.5's if you dont shock it all that hard. My weak 1.7's arent gonna hurt it..:)

You're making a whole lot more power than me on the spray, I'm kicking your ass off the line, and you're making it up on the big end...
Like your sig says, low 12 second car with a high 12 second driver. No offense though :)

Those are awsome times dan....now its time for a cam now!
What filter do you have? holley or K&N?

K&N :)
I did beat these times a week or 2 later when I went and ran out the 1/4..
Went 12.49@110 with a 1.70 60'. 7.93 1/8 @ just under 89 mph...
Now that the weather's cooling off, I expect no less than a mid 7.80...This car is going on the back burner and I'm building a track car. No cam for now, maybe next year
If you're (or any of you other F-bod guys) interested, I do have a set of fully ported heads I had planned on using but never did. Port work was done by Riggs Racing, www.rrheads.com . His heads put down some great numbers. Feel free to do some research on him @ www.kyfbodies.org...
If anybody's interested in them, drop me a PM. They'll be MUCH cheaper than you can get from any of the big dogs, and put down great numbers. He went 11.64@119.8 with a set of his heads, hotcam, mac mid's, SY3500, and almost full weight in his 2000 SS...
