Colin and Fosters are going to hate me
My best run was the third
I ran with the 3"CAI intake on for the first two, and changed to the 4" intake for the last three.
1) 15.706 @88.02 (1/8 @69.75)
2) 15.671 @87.83 (1/8 @70.05)
Yahoo, finally broke 70mph in the 1/8th
3) 15.588!!! @86.05 (1/8 @70.06)
4) 15.686 @85.54
5) 15.8something( ticket is in the car)

You must be getting crazy with that programmer. You get those problems straightened out that you were having??

I dont know what the temp was, but it was damn cold out. We had a tail wind too :)
It's shifting fine, I raised 1-2 and actually lowered 2-3, it shifts right before the 1/4 mile mark
Next week is a all day test and tune, and I'm going to try a few different shift points for the 2-3

Shondelyn, wanna go out? :(
I gotta get my ass to the track again, the four door is going down dammit! :D
Just curious, how come your trap speeds are so low? what kinda tires are you running? I tend to run 88-89 on most 15.8+ runs... ran 88.97 on the 15.65

He's going thru his 2-3 shift right around the same time he's in the traps, so that's probably why his speeds are low.

Ahh, I was thinking he's launching it real hard but his 3rd gear is really low (acceleration wise)
Colin

You don't launch really hard with 2.73's. :D

I got 80k mile Aquatread 3s, they are hard as a friken rock.
I've been trapping between 85 and 88. 1 run, I let it stay in 2nd and it choked on the rev limiter right in the last 60'.
I need to play with the programmer and fix my 2-3, I think I can bump it a few mph, but I don't want to go out on the roads here and test it out

Take it to Route 5. You'll be passed by everybody if you're only going 90 mph. I don't understand the big hurry to go into St. Mary's. :D

That's great Andras, I'll update your times.
BTW, you gotta keep these Stang's in check. ;)
